After the last couple of weeks of superb weather, I sit here at the start of June with the rain pouring and the thunder rumbling. I know a way that can brighten up your days. Our new Box Of The Month for June. A Cheddar, a Stilton, a Brie and something else. The classic British cheese selection delivered to your door.
The four cheeses this month are:
* GREENS ORGANIC VINTAGE CHEDDAR - a sharp, mature Somerset cheddar made from organic pasteurised cow's milk, offering a complex, robust flavour profile with characteristic calcium lactate crunch. (Veg, Pasteurised, Cows' milk)
* LONG CLAWSON BLUE STILTON - an award-winning, PDO-protected British blue cheese made from pasteurised local cow's milk, celebrated for its rich, creamy texture and distinctively bold, tangy blue-veined flavour. (Veg, Pasteurised, Cows' milk)
* BLYTON BRIE - an award-winning, pasteurised cow's milk brie from Dorset's Book & Bucket Cheese Company, featuring a smooth white coat, a rich yellow paste, and clean, creamy, mushroomy notes.. (Veg, Pasteurised, Cows' milk)
* KATHERINE - a firm, unpasteurised goat's cheese from Somerset, washed in local cider brandy for a bold, savoury flavour with a distinct nutty sweetness.. (Veg, Unpasteurised, Goats' milk) (NB this replaces the advertised Rachel, which is unavailable this month)

We have also given you the option to add amazing local homemade Chutneys and Oatcakes to your BOX OF THE MONTH, created by Ewelina's Home Pantry in the heart of the New Forest. Select this option and receive 2 x 45g chutneys and a pack of oat biscuits with your cheese for an extra £6

This box may include unpasteurised cheeses. If you cannot have unpasteurised cheese, please let us know and we can provide a suitable replacement.
