April is the month where nature finally stops hitting the snooze button and gets to work. The sun is finally out, the "big coat" is back in the cupboard, and we can finally stop pretending we enjoy eating nothing but root vegetables. It’s the month of optimism, blooming blossom and - most importantly - proper good cheese. 
 
This month, we’ve curated a box that’s as bright and breezy as an April shower, minus the damp socks. Expect a lively mix to "wake-up-your-tastebuds" including a proper West Country cheddar, a glorious blue, a fresh herby cheese and, to top the lot, the Supreme Champion at the recent British Cheese Awards. Yep, you got it, the best cheese in the country!! So, whether you’re pairing them with a crisp cider or just eating them over the sink (if that’s your sort of thing; we don’t judge), our April quartet is the perfect way to welcome the longer days. Out with the winter woollies, in with the wedges!

WESTCOMBE TRADITIONAL CHEDDAR
YORKSHIRE BLUE
DAZEL ASH
and
SHARPHAM RUSTIC with CHIVES & GARLIC

Minimum weight: 650g
This box may include unpasteurised cheeses. If you cannot have unpasteurised cheese, please let us know and we can provide a suitable replacement.
