Each month, we choose four cheeses from some of the best British independent producers with the aim of bringing you an amazing collection of cheeses that you've maybe not tasted before.
 
And here is May’s box. Yes, May. When the temperature starts to rise and it begins to feel like summer is not far away at all. Except this year!! Anyway, these four cheeses will certainly cheer you up and get you in a summery mood. Let’s hope so.
 
In the BOX OF THE MONTH this month, we have:
 
* SPARKENHOE RED LEICESTER - the only traditional, unpasteurised Red Leicester from Leicestershire.
* SHORTHORN BLUE - a lovely blue from the Yorkshire Organic Cheese Company.
* COTE HILL SNOWDROP - a soft, white-moulded cheese from Lincolnshire.
* WEDMORE SMOKED - this was in our last Christmas box and we loved it. A smoked Caerphilly with a line of chives across the middle.
 
Four more British cheeses, an ideal gift or the perfect addition to your picnic (indoors, of course!!) Or how about having it just for you. We won’t tell!!
 
We have also given you the option to add amazing local homemade Chutneys and Oatcakes to your BOX OF THE MONTH, created by Ewelina's Home Pantry in the heart of the New Forest. Select this option and receive 2 x 45g chutneys and a pack of oat biscuits with your cheese for an extra £4 (the chutneys and oatcakes are currently retailing at £5.50)
 
Minimum weight: 650g
This box may include unpasteurised cheeses. If you cannot have unpasteurised cheese, please let us know and we can provide a suitable replacement.
